Swedish Massage for relaxation and circulation
Deep Tissue for targeted muscle relief
Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) for trigger point and pain management
Myofascial Release to address tension and mobility
Passive and Active Stretching to support flexibility and recovery
Whether working with seniors, individuals managing chronic conditions, or those simply seeking relief from daily stress, my goal is to make massage a practical and enjoyable part of every client’s wellness plan.
Beyond the Treatment Room
I live in Decatur with my husband, our two kids, and our dogs. Outside of my practice, I enjoy being outdoors, reading, and baking. These personal joys keep me grounded and bring balance to my life—values I strive to share with every client I work with.
