About me

My name is Megan Simmons and I got into massage because I wanted an active, hands-on job, I like applying my anatomy knowledge to solve puzzles, and I love helping people.

I combine evidence-based techniques with a personalized, compassionate approach to create sessions that are both effective and deeply relaxing.

Approach & Methodologies

I draw on a wide range of techniques to tailor each session to the individual, including:

  • Swedish Massage for relaxation and circulation

  • Deep Tissue for targeted muscle relief

  • Neuromuscular Therapy (NMT) for trigger point and pain management

  • Myofascial Release to address tension and mobility

  • Passive and Active Stretching to support flexibility and recovery

Whether working with seniors, individuals managing chronic conditions, or those simply seeking relief from daily stress, my goal is to make massage a practical and enjoyable part of every client’s wellness plan.

Beyond the Treatment Room

I live in Decatur with my husband, our two kids, and our dogs. Outside of my practice, I enjoy being outdoors, reading, and baking. These personal joys keep me grounded and bring balance to my life—values I strive to share with every client I work with.
