Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 36 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 36 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled session cost.

No-shows will be charged the 50% of the session cost. A valid card is required on file at the time of booking, and any fees will be charged automatically.

If you are experiencing contagious symptoms, please cancel your appointment promptly—you will not be charged a cancellation fee. However, failure to notify (a no-show) will result in a full session charge.
